The Capo ran into a bit of trouble out in Jersey today, when he was arrested by officers that say he “got out of line” with one of them while trying to deal with a parking issue outside of the home he shares with Chrissy. Apparently someone in his neighborhood had called to complain about a car illegally parked outside of the house and when cops showed up and noticed Jimmy had 2 outstanding warrants (both dumb: one for a motor vehicle violation and the other for failure to remove snow from his sidewalk), an argument ensued. Jim insisted he had no warrants and became “disorderly,” so he was arrested and booked for disorderly conduct and obstruction. The story is still developing.
