Lindsay Lohan was allegedly drinking and driving when she got into that awful car crash back in June and totally wrecked her Porsche, but somehow, prosecutors are offering her a new plea deal that doesn’t involve serving time behind bars! Cops even found a bottle of liquor next to her car and say she completely wreaked of it, but they never gave her a sobriety test at the scene! She definitely got lucky with that one. The Santa Monica City Attorney is prepared to offer Lindsay 60 days in a residential rehab facility, 4 months less than the original offer. She’s not getting charged for the drinking but she did lie to the cops in the incident, and that’s what she’s in court for at all. The City Attorney also wants Linds to attend another set of AA meetings, and do “closely monitored” community service.
The plea bargain meeting between prosecutors and Lindsay’s lawyer goes down today so we will keep you updated!
