I would never let Justin Bieber add something permanent to my body, but apparently popular tattoo artist Bang Bang didn’t seem to mind. I guess a little ink amongst a ton of other tats doesn’t make too much of a differnce. As a returning favor for his “Believe” tattoo from last summer, the Biebs inked up Bang Bang with a little mouse and the word “Swaggy” next to it. There’s a little issue here, though, as it’s actually illegal to tattoo without a license in NY…where Bang Bang operates! He could end up with a fine of up to $2k at his tattoo shop, but that’s a small thing to a giant. Check the outcome of the tat in the gallery!
