AT&T will be opening up mobile video chat to all of its customers. The company said that video chat apps will work on its network for all of its customers by the end of this year. The apps will also work on all of the companies devices and data plans. This will be for devices that come preloaded with a video chat app such as iOS Facetime. By mid-June, AT&T will enable Apple, Samsung and BlackBerry phones that have the preloaded app and that have unlimited plans that uses LTE the ability for users to use their video chat apps. Customers can now use video apps that they download from the internet such as Skype.
