Jay-Z announced The Shawn Carter Scholarship Fund, where he will give out grants for disadvantaged students between $1500 and $2500 to college students. These grants can be used on books, tuition or anything college related, and can be renewed for all four years. There is only one stipulation. Want to find out what it takes to get the scholarship?
