Google has officially announced that it will not be accepting Glassware submissions that include facial recognition tech. The company has been questioned by government official about the use of facial recognition and how it will affect the general public. Later down the road Google may explore the possibilities of using facial recognition but only when the company has a strict privacy and security measures are in place.
