A five-year-old boy was playing with neighborhood friends in a ditch filled with water, and then all of sudden he vanished. One of the children went inside to tell adults that he got sucked into what??
The five-year-old boy, whose name wasn’t released by police, got sucked into a drain pipe while playing in a water-filled ditch with other kids in Fort Myers, Florida. One of the kids told adults what happened, and they quickly ran and followed the drain pipe to the river. After being carried through the drain pipe nearly 300 yards, the boy was found by adults screaming while he was trying to get out of the river by himself.
The boy was in the drain pipe for about 2 minutes before being dumped into the Caloosahatchee River. He is expected to be fine after the near death experience.
