As protesting continued in Egypt this Friday so did the amount of deaths. At least 60 more have been found dead after chaos broke out amongst security forces trying to stop the protestors just this Friday.
“Nearly 700 people have now been killed in clashes this week”
The result of this Friday’s pandemonium seemed to be a significant one, being that the clash involved alleged police dressed in civilian clothing fighting against the Morsi Protestors. There was not a sight of police in uniform. Residents began fighting, “firing at one another” from a bridge that “crosses Zamalek in Cairo, an upscale island neighborhood where many foreigners and ambassadors reside”
“Earlier Friday, protesters poured out of mosques after traditional mid-day prayers in response to the Muslim Brotherhood’s call for a “Friday of Anger” against Morsi’s July ouster and the deadly violence during a police operation to evict Morsi supporters from protest camps”
