It seems that Brandy was a surprise guest on the bill at Nelson Mandela’s Sports and Culture Day in South Africa. Apparently the surprise wasn’t noticed by the event-goers until they probably got home, leaving Brandy a little upset. Check out more info after the jump.
She was supposed to be the grand finale, but wound up being just a sad ending. The FNB stadium in Soweto –at most– hosts up to 90,000 people, but Brandy only saw about 40 of them. To add more insult, the lights were even on. That’s probably why thousands of people decided to leave.
From one, to forty, to 90,000, the show must go on. Unfortunately for Brandy, hers was just two songs.
