MTV’s Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry was introduced to us along with her 3-year-old son, Isaac, and baby father, Jo Rivera. Well, now she is officially a married woman and expecting baby #2 with her new man of two years, Javi Marroquin.
Although Javi and Kailyn tied the knot officially last year in September of 2012 before he left for the Air Force, they were finally able to celebrate amongst fam and friends. The two newlyweds had a mermaid-themed wedding at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ.
According to sources close to the couple, “Kailyn and Javi shared one of their memorable dates swimming with sharks at the aquarium, so the venue was really special to them. “She’s always been obsessed with mermaids and the ocean and after they went there and swam with sharks, she was set on having their wedding there,” added the close friend.
Although neither of Kailyn’s parents nor Jo attended the wedding, baby Issac walked his mommy down the isle before she said “I Do.” We wish Kailyn and Javi the absolute best of luck!
