When Eminem’s name first dropped on the scene, controversy was right behind. There really hasn’t been a time in his career, that he hasn’t stirred up some things so, I’m sure that Em knew what he was doing when he recorded, “Rap God.” Bars such as, “a mother******* table over the back of a couple faggots and crack it in half…You fags think it’s all a game,” has the LGBT community in an uproar. Stonewall – a gay rights charity – claims that the lyrics are, “outdated and deeply offensive!”
Really, what if I mentioned to the world, ‘don’t ever say the word happy, because I’m not happy EVER or me and my people don’t use the word happy!’ It’s a freedom of expression, and the attacks on people who say certain things is getting old. You can’t always stop a person from speaking certain words or phrases just because your team isn’t down with the cause. This is rap! Hit the jump for more.
Don’t forget, hit up the gallery!

Turn the lyrics around and allude to racism (in any song) and all of a sudden public uproar causes the celebrity to lose public appeal/celebrity public apologizing for comments. Hypocritical much? No, wait racist comments is freedom of expression too, according to your argument! What?!
Your argument blew up before lift off.

WHO CARES!!!!!!!!!!!
Seriously, the LGBT need to chill. Ems words, when taking out of context are offensive. I don’t think he’s being offensive to gay people in general. I just think he’s used the word to belittle whoever he’s talking about. The word Faggot means a lot more than just simply gay. It’s offensive to all sexual persuasions. It’s like calling someone a bastard. I’m sure all those fatherless people don’t get all pissed about it. Stop bitching you fucking faggots.
