I don’t know who’s worse, Florida or Ohio… This time, Ohio makes headlines thanks to another bus driver. This bus driver, unlike the many bus drivers HERE, didn’t hand out hits, but got hit … by a 14-year-old boy. And now, the 23-year-old driver is facing time. More info after the jump.
The driver, 23-year-old Amanda Brausey, happens to be the daughter of the owner of the bus company. Her job was to transport students with emotional and behavioral problems to and from school. Well, in December of 2012, she took all but one of the students home. Immediately after, she –along with the 14-year-old — drove to a secluded spot (in the bus) where they had sex. She was caught when the boy confessed to his mother after the principal called her once the word spread around school.
Her punishment: 30 days in jail, 3 years on probation, and the next 25 years registered as a sex offender. All after she and the student testified that the oral sex and intercourse was consensual.
But the judge didn’t really care about that. He stated, “He’s 14. His first sexual experience shouldn’t be on a school bus with his bus driver.”
