My wish is that one day this won’t be such a big deal or story. SMH. Last night NFL draft prospect Michael Sam announced he’s gay. He could become the first openly gay NFL player. It took A LOT of courage for Michael to make this announcement — not to mention it was done BEFORE the draft.
For the most part all I’ve seen is support for the kid, but of course there are going to be those that don’t agree with the announcement. Free agent WR Patrick Crayton (played for Cowboys & Chargers) was one of those. He went off on Twitter after the announcement. Let’s keep in mind, everyone is entitled to their opinion even if you don’t agree with it. Check out his view on it & let us know what you think…
