Yup, they sure were if that’s not shocking enough he said them to a cop. Well that’s what former Las Vegas Metropolitan PD officer Chris Carroll is saying. Carroll claims that as Tupac laid there dying in his arms he uttered the words to him. Carroll told VegasSevenmagazine.com that he pulled Tupac out of the passenger seat of the car. Tupac was bleeding heavily. Carroll said he tried to get Tupac to tell him who the shooter was. He asked over and over again “Who shot you?
