Back in May, the “Top in the Trash” rapper plead guilty to a federal firearms charge and now has to pay the piper.

After hearing testimony from nieces and nephews of Gwuop’s, U.S. District Judge Steve C. Jones says that he believes in Gucci’s skill to get somewhere – if he listens. “You’re still a young man, and you can still do a lot if you follow and abide by the law.”

Gucci’s attorney, Drew Findling requested that 11 months of time served from a September arrest be put in place towards the sentencing. The judge said that he would think about it. We’ll see how that goes.
