Money Money &…yup, MONEY! A company named DJHM Management filed suit against rapper/producer Timbaland and his fitness trainer and partner, Jose Garcia. The two signed a promissory note for $500K and didn’t pay it all back.

Timbo and Garcia signed a the promissory not for a $500K loan. The deal was to pay $7,500 a month between February 2012 through February of 2013. According to DJHM, they failed to do so, which left a $375K balance.

In comes the lawsuit – DJHM is looking to get the remaining balance as well as interest, compensatory damages and their lawyer fees.

Garcia claims DJHM is all lies. He says that he and Tim not only continue to pay them back, but he’s counter-suing because the management company is a part of a ponzi scheme. Sheesh – have your contracts read and re-read, and re-re-read, and re-re-re-read again in this industry.
