President Obama has had to address the Nation twice already about the brutal murders ISIS has done to two American Journalist.

The message behind the attack is to force US Arms Force to stop attacking.

In the address tonight, President Obama will be addressing the Nation on their plans to “degrade and destroy” the ISIL.
