The boy was chilling in a park, holding what’s being labeled a toy gun, but he was brandishing it to people as they walked past him, which is legally ‘menacing’ . 911 is then called by someone sitting close watching it all happen.

The ‘concerned citizen’ tells the 911 dispatcher he believes it to be a fake gun, yet it is very scary, the dispatcher then relays the info to the police, BUT never tells them the part about it potentially being a ‘fake gun’, even when describing the boy, she leaves out the detail of it possibly being fake although the guy that called it in said it twice.

Then again, IF you’re gonna make a judgment, you should see exactly what happened to match up what the deputy chief said, that the ‘man’ pulled the weapon, then the cops fired.

I mean the police were going on info that the kid was pointing a gun at people, and we know police are some scary ass people, so going to the scene they were probably shook up, and they obviously didn’t think the kid was 12, because in the their call for an ambulance, they mentioned he was probably 20, AND the gun did NOT look fake, it looked like a gun. Now in MY OPINION, the 911 dispatcher got that boy killed, by telling the police he was pointing a gun and not relaying the part about potentially being fake, she set the tone for the cops to be scary and shoot a little boy, maybe not an innocent little boy, but still a little boy. And now we have another incident in America, a 12 Year Old Boy Killed By Cleveland Police.
