Darren Wilson Grand Jury Key Witness Exposed, what they’re calling one of the ‘Star’ witnesses that testified to the grand jury for Darren Wilson, is now exposed as a fraud. If you heard that someone witnessed that Brown ‘charged’ the cop “like a football player, head down,” prior to the shooting, it was this fraudulent witness, known as ‘witness 40’, who’s government is Sandra McElroy from ST. louis. Apparently this chick has a known past of being a racist and lying to the cops, as she lied in another big St. Louis case from 2007, AND allegedly prosecutors felt like she was lying because she came forward after Wilson’s statements were public but they used her anyway. Her testimony was what was directly in conflict with Dorian Johnson’s testimony whom was the young man that was actually with Brown at the time of the shooting.
Not only did she lie, and had an extremely fraudulent past, she started a Facebook with a Pic of Mike Brown dead face down saying “Michael Brown already received justice. So please, stop asking for it.” Proving even more Racism.
The problem is….well it’s a couple of problems, 1, Darren Wilson can’t be recharged due to ‘Double Jeopardy’, 2, do the prosecutors need to charged?? Or just this lying ass chick, I mean she must have committed some type of perjury, but then, grand juries have special rules, so I don’t know, but at least Darren Wilson Grand Jury Key Witness Exposed is out there!!

Before articles are posted, please try and accomplish at least decent journalism. Darren Wilson was never charged, therefore he would just be taken to another grand jury. Double jeopardy applies to a trial. Secondly, this article is poorly written. It’s this kind of nonsense that major media outlets glorify and expose as ignorance for the blk community to clean up. Poor journalism: you are no better than the racists.
Seriously, stop commenting on legal matters with knowledge gained from fictional movies. Double jeopardy is not an issue here seeing as though he was never charged not did he ever go to trial. The truest part of this story was “I don’t know” because clearly you do not know.
