Cudell Recreation Center’s surveillance camera caught the footage of the Tamir Rice shooting and almost two months later, additional footage shows Cleveland police officer, Frank Garmback shoving Tamir’s sister to the ground, handcuffing her and then placing her in the back of a squad car. “This has to be the cruelest thing I’ve ever seen,” Akron-based attorney Walter Madison said.

After the putting the young child in the squad car, police stood over a still alive Rice with hands on hips. An off-duty FBI agent heard the gunshots and ran to the boy’s aid.

It was the first medical care the boy received in the four minutes that followed the shooting. “No one thinks that it’s appropriate to try to save him,” Madison said. “The first person who does is not affiliated with the Cleveland police department. “This is the level of service that makes people very upset and distrustful of law enforcement.”

This footage on raises more questions. This footage should absolutely force the city into seeking outside help for any further investigation. Check out the scene.
