WHOA! So a palatial apartment in Manhattan at 57th street broke the record for highest condo sold in the city! I guess it ain’t nothing to a billionaire baby.

We don’t know who it was but a mystery buyer put MAJOR stacks, $100.47 million worth on a deluxe apartment in the sky. They definitely moved on up but to the West side, 157 W. 57th street to be exact. That person got the whole 89th and 90th floor of building One57. It is the first single family home to sell for that much in the city’s history.
Ekaterina Rybolovlev, the daughter of billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev held the record back in 2011 with her $88 million purchase at 15 Central Park West. DAYYYYUM!
