The multi-talented Kid Cudi has taken to Billboard to speak on his latest acting gig ‘James White’, where he had a spontaneous male on male kissing scene!

The stars have officially taken over the Sundance Film festival, many include musician turned actors! Kid Cudi is a part of the creative group, and discussed his latest role in ‘James White’, where he stepped outside of the box for a certain scene. Cudi said of his role as the gy best friend of his heterosexual lead cast mate Christopher Abott, who has also been featured in the hit series ‘Girls’.
“This was way different than anything else I’ve ever done,” Cudi, explained to Billboard. “It was dope to do that. I felt like I had a responsibility to present a different walk in life from that world.”
Although Cudi was able to tap into his role as a gay men by partaking in a male on male kissing scene, it sees like his best work was cut out! Cudi states:
“I’m mad [Mond] cut out my kissing scenes with David,” Cudi said with a wry smile during an audience Q&A session after the film. “We made out so many times — and it was so good! That’s my only gripe.”
