The Australian clubgoer who allegedly was assaulted by YG and Ty Dolla $ign at a nightclub isn’t going to press any charges, if he gets one thing… an apology!

Nelly Yoa is a professional soccer player for the Melbourne City FC’s Hyundai A league practice team. He recently had an exclusive talk with HipHopDX via phone and email where he discussed the incident in further detail. He pretty much explained that he wants an apology from the two artists and in exchange he wouldn’t turn to the legal system.

Yoa is a regular at Eve nightclub and on January 25th things turned a bit hectic. He stated that when YG and Ty arrived at the club, a security guard told paying customers that they had to clear the space. He also described how he has access to closed circuit television footage that showed YG, Ty Dolla $ign and a body guard very clearly punching and kicking him after he told them he wasn’t leaving the V.I.P. room.

From Yoa’s email to HipHopDX:

“Once they did arrived in the booth, they did not look impressed with the party-goers…All of a sudden their body guard started abusing everyone, asking everyone to leave the V.I.P. booth immediately…I [wasn’t] gonna leave…I had the right to be in there. All of a sudden he punches me. I sort of lean back a little bit. He tried to punch me again. I grabbed his collar and sort of dragged him down as I was falling from his punch. All of a sudden, Ty Dolla $ign punches me. All of a sudden, I see YG comes and kicks me to the side of the face while I was on the ground…I was than [sic] escorted to rear exit of the club. As I was being escorted out, I see TY Dolla $ign, YG and their body guard [sic] leaving as-well coming up right behind me…Ty Dolla $ign caught up to me, at this stage I was very angry and upset. So I wasn’t sure if he wanted to continue to fight me or not. So straight away, I punched him to the right jaw of his face, and I ran. That’s when they started to chase me down the main road outside of the club.”
