In the Letter he speaks about having future collaborations with E – 40 , Smiff-n-Wessun , Buckshot , Scarface and you guessed it ! OUTKAST !

2Pac had plans on creating a album in titled ” One Nation ” where he collaborates with artists of all coasts . The 2Pac Album was meant to bridge the gaps in hip hop from the East, West and South but was never happened because of his death.
There was a point where people were questioning the authenticity of this letter . Questlove confirmed that everything in this Handwritten letter was truth and that 2Pac actually did approach The Roots Band about working on the project in the mid 90s before his death.
