Ndamukong Suh is following in the steps of Lebron James and is taking his talents to South Beach, to join up with the Miami Dolphins. According to reports, Suh has agreed to a gigantic $114 million dollar contract with $60 million of that guaranteed. The Lions were in negotiations with Suh till the end, but just couldn’t match the Dolphins offer and the fact that Miami is a much nicer place to call home.

The official proposal and contract, which would make Suh one of the NFL’s highest-paid players, must be negotiated when the market opens at 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday.

Based off the parameters, Suh also will get $60 million in the first three years on a contract that is expected to average $19 million over the six years of the deal, sources said.

This is no doubt a big catch for the Dolphins and gives their defense more credibility right from the jump. The Lions had a very solid defense with Suh holding it down as the anchor, but expect their own defense to have a much different look now that they lose Suh.
