Tesla has started selling used car from their website.
According to Wall Street Jorunal, Electric-car maker Tesla Motors Inc., will get into the used-car business.
“Like other luxury car makers, Tesla offers an extended, 4-year or 50,000-mile limited warranty on its used vehicles,” The Journal reported.
This is a big step in the right direction to gain popularity. Tesla has made a profit just one three-month period and has been in the red ever since. People wonder if they will ever be capable of competing with the Toyotas and General Motors. Selling used cars on the website will make a profit and people will see how Tesla is the future of cars. It’s hard to denied that it’s not setting the standard into a future without gasoline. However, Tesla isn’t for the average American with the starting price around 69,000.
