Wale was recently spotted in a Club, in DC of all places, and he had some choice words for the DJ who was spinning that night. Apparently, Wale is getting tired of the hometown disrespect as he is seen in the video saying that he put DC on his back for five years now and the love isn’t being reciprocated.
Let’s just face it and call a spade a spade; it is a hard job being Wale. There, I said it. It definitely is no secret that Wale is often in the news for having to either put someone in their place or if he is going hard for respect. In the past, Wale has been known to take hate head on, whether we see him going back and forth on Twitter with someone or if he is in an interview defending himself and his music. The latest moment in the DC club lives up to that expectation.
Wale Spazzing On The DJ…
In epic Wale fashion, the DC native lets his voice and hurt be heard before calling out the DJ to continue his set but not before announcing that he would leave the club. I’m assuming he probably still collected that check from walking through. In the end though, I feel Wale. If not anywhere else in the world, your hometown should be holding you down, so I would have got up out of there too!
