Boosie is a huge influence and a humbly respected rapper in the whole hip hop community. The minute Boosie stepped back on ungated land, fans and supporters welcomed him with open arms. Boosie confirms that life behind bars was not a walk in the park, it is actually pretty rough and scary.

Boosie was locked up at Angola in Louisiana. The distance between the rapper and his children was huge. Boosie barely got to see his kids and that hurt him. It’s very depressing not being able to be psychically present for your kids. Boosie also added that his mind state was far from positive because of his absence in his child’s lives.

In that Louisiana prison, inmates were forced to tolerate unbelievable living conditions. Only the thick skinned could survive these conditions which resemble modern day concentration camps. Prisoners had to participate in high risk projects like digging big ditches in the ground. On top of that, most inmates didn’t even belong in that condition because of unjust laws. Some prisoners were locked up for no reason and bullied into the systematic slavery of the prison cell.

What do you guys think of the modern day prison system? Do you think it is fair?
