Oh boy! It’s only going to get worse from here for good ol’ Bill Cosby. Since Barbara Bowman opened up in October 2014, 25+ other women have accused Bill Cosby of drugging and rape. One of those women happens to be supermodel Janice Dickinson, and because she can not get him in the courtroom for said alleged rape, she will get him in there for calling her names.

Janice Dickinson files a lawsuit for defamation after Bill Cosby’s attorney Martin Singer calls her allegations “a lie”.

“I want justice done. I want Lisa Bloom (Dickinson’s attorney) to depose Bill Cosby, get him on the stand and in front of a jury and let the law decide.”

Because the alleged raped happened in 1982, statue of limitations were kicked in when Dickinson decided to open up about what happened to her, but she’s has found a legal maneuver to get at Bill. “Calling Dickinson a liar is a defamatory statement under the law,” said Bloom. “That’s the mistake Bill Cosby made.”

Dickinson’s attorney has requested that Cosby and his camp take back the “liar” statement, however, they refused. Now, they have 30 days to respond to the ‘suit in order to get his deposition “as early as possible.”

“Defendant Cosby knows that he drugged and raped Ms. Dickinson,” the lawsuit says. “He knows that calling her rape disclosure a lie was a false statement.”

Here is my question, if you technically can’t prove the rape happened (because it’s a crime that he can’t be charged with any more), then how will him calling her a “liar” be proved beyond a reasonable doubt? School me, please.

Months after jokes, added on allegations and more, Cosby finally decided to get questioned on the topic of drugging and raping these women. Of course, he beat around every bush of answers possible. “I have been in this business for 52 years, and I’ve never seen anything like this…the reality of this situation is, I can’t speak,” Bill said to ABC interviewer Linsey Davis. And that was that.
