“I do get tired of playing nice” Jason said. “Especially when people think I did something wrong, or that she broke up with me. But it’s so behind me.” Said Jason Derulo of his relationship of American Idol winner Jordin Sparks. Following their split, Jordin claimed during an interview that Jason hadn’t bought her the BMW he gave her for her birthday, but had leased it. Jason posted a picture of the receipt on Instagram, but quickly deleted it.

Then while speaking on celebrity romances, Jason told the magazine that he has observed many relationships designed as publicity stunts, “That happens all the time” though he didn’t specify to whom he was referring, we can all assume he was referring to Jordin and her new man. Jordin has moved on with rapper Sage The Gemini, whom she has been dating since April.

Their breakup was somewhat messy, and Jason admits it has put him off from jumping into a new romance, saying it would take a “miracle” for him to get into a new relationship. Some stars have taken to internet dating sites like Tinder to find love. Jason says of it:
“Social media and dating together is the new wave, I would [join] if it wasn’t so unpredictable. I’d probably meet some huge fans, but otherwise it’s not a safe bet. Maybe if they come up with a version of Tinder for celebrities, then I would do it.”
He goes on to say “It’d be like, a million new requests a day! That’s just wrong”.

Jason is currently preparing for the release of his new album ‘Everything Is 4’ on June 2. “You can’t pull me out of the studio. Songwriting is a muscle,’ he said. ‘The more you do it, the better you get at it.”
