In case you have not heard, Mimi Faust has finally opened up about the staged sex tape that she participated in with former beau, Nikko London. Not being able to hold up the charade any longer, the reality star takes the leap, and details everyones favorite scene; THE scene that first shocked a Twitter nation … the famous shower rod stunt.

“I was just hot and sweaty,” Mimi dishes to Us Weekly. “I was beating myself up the whole time about the tape. I never thought that the shower thing would’ve went so viral.”

…but it did. Every thing from memes to department stores sales went up, following her twist/dip/spin move in that clip, and now, Mimi is banking on it even more. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone paid her to teach a class next. Fame.

While the shower rod attempt may seem fun, there is a WARNING:

“Please do not grab onto that shower rod by yourself and think that it’s going to support your weight. It’s not,” Mimi warns. “Your partner has to be holding you up!”
