Poor Rick Ross can get no breaks these days. A little over two weeks ago, the “Phone Tap” rapper had to pony up $2 million in bail money, and now, his son’s mother is requesting that she too needs a bigger cut of financial pie.

Tia Kemp says that the $1,951 (I thought it would be more than that, honestly) she gets every month is not enough. She’s hoping that $2,800 should cut it. Apparently, there is a clause in the pair’s child support agreement that if Ross doesn’t spend enough time with their son, William III, then he will have to hand over the almost $3K.

Kemp explains in her request that Ross is more than good for handing her over an increase, and that she hopes to use the money to get their son involved in more physical activities.

Ross is reeling in finances from the following:

– 9 successful Wingstop franchises
– $5.9 million mansion in Atlanta
– $5.1 million mansion in South FL
– Luc Belaire Rose sparkling wine and mCig electronic cigarette endorsement deals
– a recent hot-selling album (“Mastermind”)

The child’s mother wants her portion of the lemon-pepper wind empire.
