Aaron Hernandez lost again in court, this time over the home he once appeared to be set for life in and still owns. It’s not like he will ever be walking around the property anyway but yesterday a judge forced the sale of the home, taking it from Hernandez’s hands as part of a lawsuit regarding the death of Odin Lloyd.

A Massachusetts judge has ruled that a $1.3 million home and 2005 Hummer owned by former New England Patriot Aaron Hernandez can be sold as part of a lawsuit filed over the death of a man Hernandez has been convicted of killing..

Judge Richard Moses on Thursday authorized the sale of Hernandez’s SUV and 7,100-square-foot home in North Attleborough. The judge is to enter an order later specifying what happens to the sale proceeds.

Hernandez was convicted and sentenced to life in prison in April for the 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee. Lloyd’s mother, Ursula Ward, filed the wrongful death lawsuit.
