Miley Cyrus made sure that the VMAs were a night to remember, complete with a nip-slip and marijuana. After being called out by Nicki Minaj on stage, Miley shrugged off the shade with post-awards show joint. The ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer openly smoked in front of the press while they fired off questions. She also generously shared her joint with photogs who gladly accepted.
