In March 2014, Kanye West pled no contest to misdemeanor battery for an altercation with a photographer at the LA airport. He was charged with battery and grand theft. As part of his plea Ye was required to serve his community service hours at Los Angeles Trade Technical College (LATTC).
Kanye since has complete his hours and has received high praise from the dean of the school for outstanding service. Hit the jump for more.
According to a letter written by the dean and presented in court by Kanye West’s attorney, “The contribution of the hands-on community service Mr. West has completed with our school,has been of great benefit to our students and program.”
Kanye was required to complete a total of 240 hours of community service, however he went above and beyond with 262. Now Yeezy can put this whole paparazzi mess behind him.
