In a lawsuit filed by the Flynn Family Office’s ex-marketing lead, Robert Solomon, 42, “It was a locker-room mentality.” Solomon specified remarks that came from the mouth of financial planner Alan Kufeld; a man who said that the only reason Rihanna is “hot” is because she’s “not too dark.” Soloman added that Kufeld also went into a “monologue on what Caribbean nationalities were the most attractive based on skin tone.”

Rihanna’s people have yet to release a statement.

The 42-year-old, who says that he was fired for his lack of color and sex-talk participation, adds that Kufeld was not the only one involved in the excessive boy banter.

Kufeld, 47, also talked with FFO founder and CEO Rick Flynn about how sexy various former assistants had been, noting that one assistant “lost points in his eyes because she was too dark,” the suit states.

In a statement released by Flynn:

“We at FFO have always championed the rights of women and minorities, particularly in the workplace,” he said. “The complaint filed today is without merit, and we intend to defend vigorously against these baseless claims.”
