Fallen star Sisqo’s record ‘Thong Song’ was a hit over 16 years ago, off his album Unleash the Dragon. However, according to Sisqo he’s still waiting to see the money he earned for the royalties for the record.Now, the artist has filed a $3.6 million dollar lawsuit against the company he hired to collect the royalties.

According to a report by TMZ, Sisqo hired 27 Red Music to collect all royalties for his music including his hit ‘Thong Song’ between 1996 and 2005. Sisqo claims the company did indeed collect the royalties but never gave him his share, which totals up to $600,000 dollars.
In addition to handing over the money he is owed, Sisqo is also requesting an additional $3 million dollar be paid to him for punitive damages.
