Derek Jeter’s lineup of women is legendary and may be the best in the business but it looks like the former Yankees star is finally hanging up his other jersey.  He’s been dating super model Hannah Davis for three years and there’s a report that the two are now engaged.

Jeter and Davis are finally ready to tie the knot after three years together, and if The Captain hasn’t yet set a date, that’ll be the next step

“She already has the ring,” the source told the New York Daily News. “The family is very happy because they really like him.”

The pair finally went public with the romance in May this year when they walked the red carpet at the Met Gala.
