After a long, determined summer of campaigning for the funds of the show, in fact, last summer Moetivation and his team raised nearly $100,000 in donations for production on Seed & Spark, a film fundraising website. So with such a successful summer, the audience can indeed expect even high expectations for the web series when it’s brought back to life for season 2. Although Money and Violence’s first season being shot on a very limited budget, the each episode got more than 500,000 views on YouTube, with the stars and crew barely knowing a thing or two about the business, but knew one thing: how to hustle for their dreams. Now their second season of their dreams will be available exclusively to Tidal users by January. “It’s definitely an amazing thing,” Moetivation said. “What carried the project was the storyline alone. That different perspective hadn’t been seen on TV before.” he told Bossip. Moetivation, who plays the show’s anti-hero, Rafe, said there are plans in the works with Lionsgate Films to bring season three to premium cable, like HBO. He went on to say, “It’s definitely an amazing thing,” Moetivation said of the new deal. “It gives me confidence and it gives me hope that the world is still interested in substance.”

If you can’t wait that long, in the meantime, fans can still watch season one on Tidal but not the regular way, this time there is exclusive commentary as well!
