Some of you may have heard about the RnB singer who was trying to sue Taylor Swift for her song, “Shake it Off”, well it turns out the judge was not here for it either. Who would’ve thought the judge would play the artist Jesse Graham like that, Graham has got to hold this L really closely, especially because the judge played him in vain, dam.

So here’s the brief rundown of what was going on with the lawsuit if you didn’t know: Jessie Graham, 50, says Taylor’s signature hit borrows heavily from a song he wrote in 2013 called “Haters Gone Hate.” He alleges that the chorus of Swift’s 2014 anthem (“‘Cause the players gonna play, play, play, play, play / And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate”) borrows from his slow-jam “Haters Gone Hate,” – Well the judge basically said nah fam, get that weak mess out of here. The U.S. District Court Judge dismissed a copyright lawsuit against Taylor Swift by using her own lyrics that was for $42 Million damages and a writing credit on her hit song. The Judge’s name is Gail Standish and clearly he must’ve thought, “let me clown this dude real quick”, cause the L he handed Graham was too good to ignore. Standish dismissed the case this week and in her dismissal she wrote, “At present, the Court is not saying that Braham can never, ever, ever get his case back in court. But, for now, we have got problems, and the Court is not sure Braham can solve them.” and he keeps it going saying:

As currently drafted, the Complaint has a blank space – one that requires Braham to do more than write his name. And, upon consideration of the Court’s explanation … Braham may discover that mere pleading BandAids will not fix the bullet holes in his case. At least for the moment, Defendants have shaken off this lawsuit

This judge is hilarious, thats the best way to play Jesse Graham honestly, if anything the artist has to at least respect the curve cause it was priceless. He quoted Swift’s songs, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,” “Bad Blood,” “Blank Space,” and “Shake It Off.” dam, sorry Mr. Graham, that’s all that’s left to say, sorry try again. Look at the gallery for the document of dismissal and try not to laugh.
