Bill Cosby is surely getting his moneys worth with his attorneys; they are working overtime trying to keep their client clear of any charges. Cosby’s attorneys have filed a motion to have the indecent assault charges thrown out.

According to the filed motion, the Montgomery County District Attorney, Kevin Steele, violated an agreement that stated they would not press charges against Cosby for the sexual assault on Andrea Constand.

Cosby claims the only reason he participated in the 2005 and 2006 depositions was because upon the agreement, he knew that there was no way he would be charged with anything.

His attorneys claimed in a statement that they were “illegally, improperly and unethically” brought by District Attorney Kevin Steele and his office.

Ha. Fooled his behind. Now, the lawyers are hoping that with a file of this motion, it will all go away.

Steele made the Cosby case a campaign issue and even announced charges before he was sworn in.
