A Pennsylvania woman was fatally shot by a man after she refused to talk to him a local bar. Hit the jump for more.
29-year-old Janese Talton-Jackson was shot on Friday after leaving a local bar. The main suspect is 41-year-old Charles McKinney, who allegelly shot Janese after being turned down at the bar by her. Police arrested the suspect after Charles crashed into a park car. He is now facing charges for homicide and aggravated assault.
Janese had two kids and is the sister of Democratic state Rep. Ed Gainey. Charles’s attorny says Charles was just “extremely intoxicated,” and he doesn’t seem like a guy “who would do something like that.”
Hopefully whoever committed such a crime does the correct amount of time.
