LL Cool J and Diddy are the latest celebrities to appear on the PBS program, Finding Your Roots. The show dives into peoples’ lineage to learn more about where they came from, and both stumbled upon new facts about their families they’d never known.

Diddy learns that one of his great, great, great grandfathers was arrested for being a runaway slave, while LL connects with multiple family members he never knew he had. They’re both really amazing segments! Check out both in full below.
