The man who is the butt of alot of NBA jokes appears to have some serious issues going on off the court. When you hear his name you usually relate it to the rumors and jokes of him allegedly sleeping with Lebron’s mom when they were teammates. Unfortunately for him, you never really think of his actual playing career and that looks like the trend will continue. A fan caught up with him in Houston this week and he doesn’t look good.

The person who shot the photo is a huge basketball fan and said they noticed the former 1st round draft pick wandering around outside of a Jack in the Box around 10 PM all by himself with no shoes.
When the fan approached him and asked, “Are you Delonte West?” — he replied, “I used to be but I’m not about that life anymore.”
Not even sure what that means but the fact he is staggering around looking very messed up and with no shoes on is a very bad sign. He always seemed slightly “off” but this appears serious and hopefully he gets help with getting himself back on track.
