Ever since Donald Trump has announced that he was running for president, he has been ruffling the feathers of many. Surprisingly, those that once admired him for his business savvy ways are now disappointed and suggesting that he step down from the election.
Former contestant from The Apprentice has voiced his opinion on the billionaire, and can’t believe some of the things he has said during his campaign. Randal Pinkett, who won the fourth season of The Apprentice shared his disappointment and opposition with Trump saying,
“We strongly condemn Donald’s campaign of sexism, xenophobia, racism and hate.”
Over the past few months, Trump’s rallies have been the center of confrontation between supporters and protesters. After several offensive comments proposing that all Muslims be ‘banned’ from the U.S, many people question why Trump has such a huge following. In response to his former apprentice’s comments, Trump responded in a statement to CNN,
“How quickly they forget. Nobody would know who they are if it weren’t for me. They just want to get back into the limelight like they had when they were with Trump. Total dishonesty and disloyalty.”
