A Atlanta man is now suing a local police officer for attacking over a Tomato in the store ‘Walmart.’ Tyrone Carnegay says Officer Trevor King was grabbing him and beating him at the same time.
Footage from October 2014, shows Carnegay walking out the store with the manager behind him. The manager was accusing him of stealing a tomato. The cop then takes out his baton and starts beating the man. Carnegay’s attorney says,
“The officer went into Robocop mode and beat the crap out of him,”
Carnegay had two broken bones in his leg. He also had a ruptured artery from the incident.
