Back in 2013 when Marshall dropped “The Marshall Mathers LP 2” with his iconic childhood home on the album’s cover, the same month the house caught fire in Detroit. What remained from the fire was nothing worth saving and had to be demolished, except some bricks which Eminem held onto. He’s gathered 700 bricks from his childhood home and now is selling them all for $313 each. Fitting isn’t it. There’s all sorts of packages you can get below, including the original “Marshall Mathers LP” on cassette.

We first got news of the cassette last week, but now it’s come to fruition and is official. We had no idea of the bricks though lol. Shady fans who were on the mailing list through his website got early access yesterday and you can check out the packages here if you want to get even closer to your favorite rapper.

The site listed the exclusive items and packages as :

“The collectible items include an authentic brick from the rescued remains of Eminem’s childhood home that was featured on the covers of The Marshall Mathers LP and its sequel, 2013’s The Marshall Mathers LP 2. Each of the 700 bricks comes with a numbered Certificate of Authenticity featuring Eminem’s handwritten signature, and a display stand with enclosure that features a commemorative plaque on the side. All of the bricks come in a sleek black packaging with custom artwork and a description of the project. A cassette re-release of the iconic album featuring a 3-D motion printed cover is also available. Finally, in collaboration with Brooklyn-based mill Good Wood, Marshall Mathers dog tags created from re-purposed wood from Eminem’s childhood home are available in extremely limited quantities.”
