The Roots have put on a major festival in their hometown of Philadelphia every first Saturday of June for nine years, and now they’re expanding the event to NYC – and it will be two days long!

The Roots Picnic will hit Bryant Park in Manhattan for the first time ever on October 1 and 2, and performers include D’Angelo, John Mayer, Kevin Gates, Jeremih, Stretch & Bobbitto, Chill Moody, Wu-Tang, Nile Rodgers, Swizz Beatz, EPMD, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Lil Uzi Vert and so many more!
