After both parties suing each other over Rita Ora not being given proper shine, they have come to a settlement and Rita has also signed with someone else.

In 2008, Rita signed a 5 album deal with Roc Nation, only to have one album released in 2012, ORA. Last December she sued Roc Nation because she says the label turned into more of a sports agency and just left her to rot. She filed a suit to be released from the label and Hov’s Roc Nation fired back with a lawsuit of their own claiming she didn’t fulfill her contractual obligations.
Well now reports from Mirror, state that the two have reached a settlement and Rita announced via Snapchat and Twitter that she’s signed with Warner Music, and can finally get her career on the road.
