One driver had no remorse as they are caught on camera slamming into a slew of cars on the street. In the video, the Range Rover glides into a police car and then makes it way into several other cars.

So we now know the true story behind the crazy car crash that took place the other day downtown NYC. The man driving the Rover had not only a suspended license but also a crack pipe behind his seat. I guess this was the reasoning behind the chase. Police tried to stop John Maldonado after he was swerving in and out of traffic. He ran from police but they eventually caught up to him again. He hit a cab driver who suffered injuries to his head, neck, and his back. He has been charged with two counts of assault, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a controlled substance, fleeing an officer and reckless driving.
